Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from: Every order is packed at our studio in Andheri West, Mumbai. We ship across India.

2. Processing time: Orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping rates: Shipping is charged at checkout based on your delivery pin code.

   • Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai (delivered locally by WeFast): ₹100. Free on orders of ₹2,000 and above.
   • Rest of Maharashtra: ₹250. Free on orders of ₹5,000 and above.
   • Rest of India: ₹350. Free on orders of ₹7,500 and above.
   • North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands: ₹450. Free on orders of ₹7,500 and above.

4. Shipping method: Orders outside Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai are shipped through ShipRocket's courier partners.

5. Delivery time: Delivery takes a maximum of 14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

6. Where we can't deliver: Our courier partners do not currently serve Lakshadweep.

7. Tracking your order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

8. International shipping: We don't ship outside India yet. If you are abroad and happy to cover the charges, write to us at bombaygothic@gmail.com and we will try to arrange it.

9. Returns and refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
